Fees and Payment Policy
Our Fee is $175 per standard (45 min) therapy session for both Couples, Family and Individuals. Extended therapy sessions (90 min) are also offered at a discount of $250 per session. Payment is due at time of service. Online storage of credit card information is required for recurring processing of payment. We accept Credit/Debit Cards and HSA/HRA/FSA as well as Cash app ($jemaldoute). Please note that we require 12 hour advance notice of cancellation of scheduled appointments to avoid being charged for the session.
Insurance Policy
We are not an “In-Network” provider for any insurance company and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, most plans provide “Out-of-Network” benefits to its members which will allow you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance providers. Many insurance companies will cover 65-100% of our Fees as an “Out-of-Network” provider. Please inform your therapist that you will need a medical receipt either at the time of visit or by email after your appointment.
Graduate Intern Clinic
We understand that therapy can be costly and there is currently a shortage of available help. We can help. We maintain a fully staffed Graduate Student Intern clinic of Masters and Doctoral level Interns. Fees for standard service in the Graduate clinic are $100 per 45 minute session.
