Hi! I’m Janae Tipton, I’m a Post-Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist with Doute Counseling since 2023. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and work with individuals, couples, and families both in-office and via Telehealth.
Modern dating can feel overwhelming, and for many singles, the journey to finding a meaningful connection can bring frustration and uncertainty. I help individuals navigate this process by ensuring they communicate their needs, desires, and expectations clearly with potential partners. Together, we also explore how past familial and romantic experiences influence dating patterns and relationship dynamics.
But the work doesn’t stop once you enter a relationship or start a family. Healthy, thriving relationships require ongoing effort, and I support couples and families in strengthening their communication, addressing past wounds, and building a strong foundation for their future. Whether you’re working through conflict, adjusting to life transitions, or striving for deeper connection, I provide a space for meaningful growth and change.
I believe we all have the ability to evolve, and therapy is a powerful tool to help us do just that. My approach looks at the whole person—reflecting on the past, understanding present behaviors, and shaping a future where relationships feel fulfilling and secure. My passion lies in helping individuals, couples, and families create the healthy, thriving relationships they deserve.
I look forward to connecting with you and starting this journey together!
